Barcode Warehouse – Technical & Innovation Centre Customer Event
Project overview
With the launch of a new Innovation Centre – the marketing and events team approached ourselves to showcase Virtual Reality at their event where all their key clients would be invited.
A focus of the event was to provide new, and innovative ways using a variety of technology deliverables within the new centre.
Project Challenges
Multiple meetings to discuss how VR could be integrated within the event and enhancing the technology provision they already had.
All information and content was classified and could only be discussed with key staff.
The VR experience had to be user friendly and easy to use as the majority of the event target audience had not used VR previously.
Had to provide flexibility, scalability, and performance analysis along with multilingual content capabilities.
Final results
Positive engagement from attendees made the event a successful one which opened up new conversations with attending clients looking at facilitating new working environments and scenarios which hadn’t been factored in previously.
